ok after more testing, estimation for timestamp/date comparison is still
useful.
e.g. users can write cast to date explicitly:
```
where d_date > date('2000-08-23'), or
where d_date > cast('2000-08-23' AS DATE)
```
then the condition becomes `d_date#132 > 11192`, the string is evaluated to
an Int after optimization.
So I think it's better to simulate this case in the test suite, instead of
assuming the literal is a String.
