@kunalkhamar you should create a JIRA ticket for this.
In addition, I'm not a big fan of the design to pass a base session in.
It'd be simpler if there is just a clone method on sessionstate and the
associated states we store, and then cloning a new sparksession is just
creating a new sparksession with cloned sessionstate.
