But this time is the refuse time correct? As stated here:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-3202 I have 30 seconds for osme
other framework to accept resources in the list otherwise the first one will be
asked again. So implicitly if you take into consideration the master delay,
this value limits the number of frameworks that will be asked for the offer
declined from cassandra (assuming cassandra is the first one in the list). So
if you have many frameworks in that list at last some will starve. So this
should be a large value.
