Found a bit more time to work on this. Changes made:
* Added implementations of ```KinesisDStream.builder()``` that take
```JavaStreamingContext``` instead of ```StreamingContext```
* Added ```JavaKinesisDStreamBuilderSuite``` to test that the builder
interface is accessible in Java
* Added support for DynamoDB and CloudWatch-specific authentication
parameters
* Made the documentation for ```KinesisDStream.Builder``` more thorough
