[MINOR][PYSPARK] Remove _inferSchema in context.py
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
_inferSchema is not used in context.py, all the things have been moved to
`SparkSession`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zjffdu/spark minor_pyspark
