[SPARK-20089] [SQL] [TEST] Added DESC FUNCTION and DESC EXTENDED FUNCTION
to SQLQueryTestSuite
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
`DESC FUNCTION` and `DESC EXTENDED FUNCTION` should be added to
`SQLQueryTestSuite` for us to review the outputs of each function.
