[SQL][WIP] Exists should not be evaluated in Join operator

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Similar to `ListQuery`, `Exists` should not be evaluated in `Join` operator
too.

For the `Exists` subquery without correlated reference, this patch converts
it to scalar subquery with a count `Aggregate` operator.

    ## How was this patch tested?

    Jenkins tests.
