[SPARK-20431][SQL] Specify a schema by using a DDL-formatted string
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This pr supported a DDL-formatted string in `DataFrameReader.schema`.
## How was this patch tested?
Added tests in `DataFrameReaderWriterSuite`.
