@carsonwang, the plan for when we notice queries that don't appear in the
SQL tab is to add a call to `checkSQLExecutionId`, which will cause tests to
fail when that operation isn't wrapped by `withNewExecutionId`. That should be
done as a follow-up to this in #17535, since this is already getting large.
Does that sound reasonable?
