https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/12004#discussion_r113694301 : I still
think this should be `hadoop-cloud` just like the artifact name is
`spark-hadoop-cloud`. The profile name itself doesn't cause an artifact to be
generated called `hadoop-cloud`.
