@cloud-fan, all of the `RunnableCommand` instances that are currently run
through `ExecutedCommandExec` need to be fixed so that there is only one
physical plan. But the scope of those changes is larger than what's needed
here. And as @zsxwing notes, the next step is probably to fix metrics for those
broken plans.
