This is due to some configuration issues in the AMP Lab Jenkins (related to
build status reporting for other non-Spark projects that share the same Jenkins
install. I'm going to try to help the AMP team to resolve this in the next few
days, but it may take a little while because the easiest fix may be for us to
completely move the build triggering to our own spark-prs.appspot.com platform.
