this is a common and sad network issue w/the berkeley EECS setup. we're
moving out of the machine room in our lab and in to an actual datacenter in
the next week or so.
the only thing we can do right now is retrigger the builds, which i just
did from the jenkins UI.
sorry i don't have a better solution right now... it sucks, and will
continue to suck for the next week or so.
