Shall we remove the vectorized part from this PR?
- The non-vectorized ORCFileFormat is mandatory and also the performance is
better than the current one.
- After merging `sql/core` ORCFileFormat, many people (including @viirya
and me) can work together in parallel.
How do you think about that?
