From what I see here, this is not aiming to put in the more generic trait
hierarchy mentioned in the [JIRA
comment](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-17139?focusedCommentId=15856612&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-15856612)
and Seth's

Is the plan to merge this in and then update with the generic hierarchy in
a later PR? Because #17586 would also build of the generic hierarchy as it's
practically the same as binary LoR summary.
