[SPARK-20841][SQL] Support column aliases for catalog tables
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This pr added parsing rules to support column aliases for catalog tables.
## How was this patch tested?
Added tests in `PlanParserSuite`, `SQLQueryTestSuite`, and
`PlanParserSuite`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
