It looks like this isn't an issue in the Maven build. Investigating to see
if I can figure out how the older JAR is winding up on the SBT test classpath.
When I run `sbt/sbt "show core/test:full-classpath"`,`httpclient-4.1.3.jar`
doesn't show up in the list, but it definitely seems to be getting used at
runtime...
