Hey @brndnmtthws have you looked at the latest changes in #2485? I think
that one's basically ready to be merged, and the discussion there is that we
want to avoid exposing the fraction config (and keep the absolute one) so we
don't expose too many configs to the user. Would you mind updating this PR to
reflect the behavior for Yarn in Mesos? We don't have to use the same 7% as
suggested there, but it would be good to make a comment on why a particular
value for this fraction is used.
