yea, I've already found the cause; to fix the issue, it's okay to check
name duplication for partition columns in `getOrInferFileFormatSchema` as
@gatorsmile suggested
(https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/17758#discussion_r122595783). I'll update
this pr soon.
