Thanks @sowen for taking a look into this.
There are other two classes where `addSuppressed ` being used,

https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/datasources/jdbc/JdbcUtils.scala#L676
But I don't see a case that the same instance being suppressed in both of
the classes, Do you think still we need to add the check in those places?
