`InsertIntoHadoopFsRelationCommand` is case with less trouble. We can do it
like that: passing `RunnableCommand.metrics` to `ExecutedCommandExec`.
`CreateDataSourceTableAsSelectCommand` and `CreateHiveTableAsSelectCommand`
make thing more complicate, because they invoke other commands to write data.
So we need to update the upper metrics instead of the invoked command's metrics.
We even can't update metrics in `CreateDataSourceTableAsSelectCommand` if
it writes to non file-format datasource.
