I recommend using the latest. The data format is forward/backward
compatible so the JAR doesn't necessarily need to be 0.4.1 if you're using
pyarrow 0.4.1 (0.4.1 fixed a Decimal regression in the Java library, but that
isn't relevant here quite yet)
