[SPARK-21237][SQL] Invalidate stats once table data is changed
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Invalidate spark's stats after data changing commands:
- InsertIntoHadoopFsRelationCommand
- InsertIntoHiveTable
- LoadDataCommand
- TruncateTableCommand
- AlterTableSetLocationCommand
- AlterTableDropPartitionCommand
## How was this patch tested?
Added test cases.
