@wzhfy, @gatorsmile, I updated PR to add full support for partition
partition specs. This version supports a subset of partition columns with or
without values specified. I'm going away for the long weekend tomorrow and will
be back next Wed (July 5). I may not be able to respond to comments or provide
updates to this PR until then.
