Good catch! But I think we should fix this problem earlier, in
`ExternalMapToCatalyst.apply`. The key expression is actually nullable for
external map, and `keyConverter(LambdaVariable(keyName, "false", keyType,
false))` is wrong, we should follow value expression and have a `keyIsNull`
variable.
