[SPARK-21492][SQL] Memory leak in SortMergeJoin
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fix the memory in SortMergeJoin
## How was this patch tested?
Relies on existing unit test. Test in production job, and the memory leak
is fixed by the diff.
