@gatorsmile CliSuite will get nothing configured here because the
cliSessionState is not reuse as we expected, see at
https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/hive/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/hive/client/HiveClientImpl.scala#L140;
