zstd-jni library actually is a very thin library and is not pulling any
dependency of its own, so I would not be worried about dependency management
issues.
Let me know if we are fine using https://github.com/luben/zstd-jni library
which uses BSD license. Otherwise, we might have to implement something of our
own.
