Just an update on this - I am in talk with our internal team to relicense
zstd library. This might take some time though. I will keep you updated.
@discipleforteen - Unfortunately, we do not have setup to run TPDCS
benchmarks. Feel free to run the benchmark on this change and report the
number if you have the setup readily available.
