Spark unit tests fails twice. this is because the new unit test throws an
exception:
`java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: requirement failed: Nondeterministic
expression org.apache.spark.sql.catalyst.expressions.Rand should be initialized
before eval.`
it look like is a bugï¼spark 2.0.2 without the problem. please also
review #18961 to fix it if you have time. thanks.
