In case of `OrcFilters.scala`, the API is changed like the following.
```
- Some(builder.startAnd().isNull(attribute).end())
+ Some(builder.startAnd().isNull(attribute, getType(attribute)).end())
```
You can see more diff by `diff
sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/datasources/orc/OrcFilters.scala
sql/hive/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/hive/orc/OrcFilters.scala`.
