[SPARK-17133][ML][FOLLOW-UP] Add convenient method `asBinary` for casting
to BinaryLogisticRegressionSummary
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
add an "asBinary" method to LogisticRegressionSummary for convenient
casting to BinaryLogisticRegressionSummary.
## How was this patch tested?
Testcase updated.
