I created SPARK-21929 for **"Support `ALTER TABLE table_name ADD
COLUMNS(..)` for ORC data source"**.
For Parquet ALTER TABLE, yes. I think I can include that here.
But, for the title of PR, I'm not sure. It's not clear because it's partial.
