There are some other JIRAs dealing with long RDD names / table entries due
to Spark SQL:
- [SPARK-2915: Storage summary table UI glitch when using Spark

- [SPARK-3297: SchemaRDD toString with many columns messes up Storage tab
display](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-3297)
Does this fix those issues, too? Since it's a CSS fix, maybe it will.
