TPC-DS benchmark just shows the perf of one of the Spark workloads. To
avoid introducing the unexpected regressions, we have to be very careful when
merging this PR and https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/18931, unless we fully
understand all the impacts inside JVM.
In the community, we have two JVM experts @kiszk @rednaxelafx who developed
features/fixes in JVM.
Q66 is a good example for us to do more investigation.
