About which "number", which "limit" to set there, we want to see what
problem happens in test cases or your precise description (what class for code
generation causes a lot of small methods while the number of instance variables
are not very large under a certain condition). Then, we would discuss what is a
better solution.
For the PR for the problem 3, I think that it would be good to update this
PR or create a new PR.
