Yeah but that would also cause it to fail locally if it were the cause, and
it passes for me. I can't really figure out from the rest of the logs if
something obvious is wrong, so I guess the best bet now is to as for changes in
the `zstd-jni` so that all errors are properly reported (see
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/18805#issuecomment-335885053).
