Updated based on offline discussion. The key changes:
- Introduce PYSPARK_DRIVER_PYTHON to allow the driver's Python executable
to be different than the workers'.
- Attempt to use `python2.7` as the default Python version and fall back to
`python` if it's not available.
- Refuse to launch IPython without `python2.7`, unless PYSPARK_PYTHON is
set.
