@MarcKaminski by the way you mentioned a vector bucketizer. I think in
principal that might be useful. I'm not sure if it would make sense to add
vector type support to the existing `Bucketizer` or if it would need to be
separate.
Perhaps you can post a link to code / design doc on this JIRA for the
vector type version?
