For Py4J, as a hard required dependency, its src-zip is in Spark partly to
support non-pip installation as well properly AFAIK. In this case, the place to
update seems
https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/c8d0aba198c0f593c2b6b656c23b3d0fb7ea98a2
although it includes few more changes by Py4J jar as well, again, AFAIK.
