This test `org.apache.spark.sql.catalyst.expressions.CastSuite.SPARK-22500:
cast for struct should not generate codes beyond 64KB` seems flaky? I saw it
fails with `java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded` in other PR
