the test failure is not related to the PR. It looks the same R failure we
had some days ago, I thought it was solved:
```
checking CRAN incoming feasibility ...Error in
.check_package_CRAN_incoming(pkgdir) :
dims [product 22] do not match the length of object [0]
```
