If you want to install pyarrow 0.8.0 via conda it's available now from the
`-c conda-forge` channel (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pyarrow). I am not
sure where we are at on PyPI / pip packages -- I will start the update process
later today if no one else does cc @BryanCutler @siddharthteotia @xhochy
