LGTM. This exists in [our
fork](https://github.com/apache-spark-on-k8s/spark/blob/branch-2.2-kubernetes/resource-managers/kubernetes/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/scheduler/cluster/k8s/ExecutorPodFactory.scala#L163)
