I'm not sure whether this is a good idea - since estimates like this are
likely to be very innacurate due to the presence of stragglers in most jobs. I
think it's better to just give people a slider as we have now. If someone sees
an estimate but we are off by more than 100%, it could end up frustrating users.
This was an old JIRA sitting around from about 4 years ago. At this point,
not sure it makes much sense to have this. What do you think @JoshRosen?
