@soumitrak This is a good addition. Here are some high level suggestions.
1. Please update the title as `[SPARK-3660][STREAMING]....`
2. Please add unit tests for this new functionality
3. Lets not create another example. Please update the
StatefulNetworkWordCount exammple. That should be cool.
