@squito updated to your wording. Where do you see headers duplicated?
I'm going to test custom build that contains this patch(actually on top of
2.2.0) to verify that basic blacklisting works for executor level blacklisting
and that offers are rejected up to timeout duration.
So I'll update you about my findings/testing results
