- Why isn't this hooked up to the build (both mvn and sbt)?
- You have redundant stuff like a license file and a mvn script
After this is cleaned up and ready to get in, I'd recommend integrating the
tests into `dev/run-tests.py` instead of running a separate job just for this.
We should work with the amplab folks to make sure that the VMs used by the
regular PR builder can also run these tests.
