ok after looking at this further it looks like set location works its just
not updating the path in the storage properties. Please correct me if I'm
wrong. From the user point of view might not be a huge issue, I was wondering
if it might affect if they run another operation on that same partition and the
path if wrong, but with hive it looks like it gets the partition info from the
metastore again. I'm assuming with the inmemory catalog it would be an issue
though.
