Agree with @tdas suggestions.
Nevertheless, having a flag to allow "all" operations could be useful for
dev use. Can this be supported by having continuous mode respect the config
`spark.sql.streaming.unsupportedOperationCheck = false` instead of introducing
a new flag ?
